Rib Eye Steak

Description

Our rib eye steaks are produced from our herd of grass-fed pedigree Hereford cattle. All of our steaks are matured for at least 28 days to give the best taste possible.

As well as having an exceptional flavour, grass-fed beef is a good source of health-giving omega 3 oils and conjugated linoleic acid. Grass-fed beef also helps the environment by promoting good soil condition, which leads to increased levels of biodiversity and allows the grassland to act as a great source of carbon storage.
