Apprentice Butcher
We are now recruiting for a full-time Apprentice Butcher to join our busy team. Pork and Beef are sourced from our own farm and butchered on site. Sausage, bacon, gammons and pies are also all made from scratch.
This will be a 2 year Apprenticeship. The applicant will be trained all aspects of Butchery work including cutting and boning out of lamb, beef, pork and chicken; Customer service; Displays and presentation; maintenance of food hygiene standards.
The ideal candidate will be hard working, positive, have a good attitude, have excellent communication skills, be a team player and have the ability to work well in a busy environment. Weekend work will be necessary.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing family run business with good career progression.
