Named because it allegedly resembles the Tomahawk axe, the Essington Farm Tomahawk Steak is an on-the bone rib steak, cut from the fore-rib with the entire rib bone left.

Sourced from our own grass-fed, pedigree Hereford beef produced at Essington farm. Grass-fed beef is loaded with natural minerals and vitamins, plus it is a great source of conjugated linoleic acid.
